I've bought and sold a couple of houses with Matt over the course of the last few years. He's very easy to get along with and patient. We drug him all over Kingsland and Yulee looking at different properties and never once felt pressured. He really cares about his client getting what they actually want, as opposed to just making the sale. Once under contract his suggestions for offers and counters were effective, he knew when to push and when not to push and every transaction has been quick and effective. I'll definitely be using him again.

Chris Armes really went out of his way to find us our new home in Fernandina Beach, Florida. We started looking at the area in November of 2025 and decided that's where we wanted to live next after we decided to sell our home in Winter Haven, Florida. We have other homes up north and wanted to maintain our Florida residency after being here for 32 years. Chris stayed in regular contact sending new listings for homes that he thought would work for us and when we did sell our WH home we quickly bought the dream home in Amelia Walk. He is very responsive and made extra trips to the house and was instrumental getting the repairs done after the home inspection showed some areas that needed attention.
